Retail Happy Hour gladly accepts apparel returns, in exchange for a credit on Retail Happy Hour, within 14 days from the date your order is shipped.
Items purchased from the BARGAIN BIN are final sale.
All other items are non-returnable, including, but not limited to:

- Hosiery and Intimates
- Swimwear
- Vintage
- Jewelry & Watches
- Handbags, Wallets and Leather Goods
- Sunglasses
- Home Goods
How To Return
- Click on the 'My Account' tab on the navigation menu
- Select 'Return an Item'
- Select the individual items that you wish to return
- Print your Shipping Label and enclose it with your shipment. The Shipping Label will contain the address of where to send the return
- Your return and credit (minus the shipping cost to return merchandise) will be processed within 48 hours
Credits
For any and all returns, you will be issued a site credit, minus shipping cost to return the merchandise. Your credit will not expire.
Defective/Damaged Items
If you receive an item that has been damaged or is defective in some way, please contact Retail Happy Hour immediately. The 14 day return policy still applies to damaged and defective items, so it is imperative that you contact Retail Happy Hour immediately upon receipt of your purchase.
Exchanges
Because of the nature of the site, Retail Happy Hour is unable to offer exchanges for any reason.
